Among these newcomers, there is PumpUp, a mixture between application and social network dedicated to sports. Thanks to this, it is not only possible to enter performances and share them in photo as on Instagram, but also create its own trainings. By informing the time, equipment we have, zones which we would like to work at its level, PumpUp generates a personalized program. Therefore, the sport becomes a new domain in which the technology takes an important part.

A high price is explained by numerous characteristics, of which an appearance adapted to the expectations of cyclists. By a meticulous choice of materials, it is a resistant, light and solid bike, and especially connected. The present smartphone on the handlebars allows to send and receive messages and calls, and fills all the features waited on behalf of a classic mobile application. It also has a tracker of activity and allows to listen to music. However, the security is not put aside, in particular, thanks to indicators and lighthouses, allowing an activity without risk.

The running applications, the most wide-spread connected practice

Moreover, the most connected sport is running. It is originated from the boom and pursued by the number of mobile applications dedicated to it. From Endomondo to Nike Running, via Strava, they multiply and always offer more services. Except the simple calculation of distance or speed, we can find the number of burned calories and even the quantity of water consumed with the effort.
