Facebook Journal, new interface

In the face of high-quality Google + having managed to seduce more than 10 million users within one month, Facebook decided to see again the ergonomics of its social network by changing the notification system as well as some graphic details. But that's not all, a new interface is being born: The Journal.

It is a quite new concept of interface that Facebook is preparing for us: an interface based on a timeline. Do you remember timelines which haunted your history courses at college? Here it is the same thing. A vertical timeline on which your various activities are affixed.  A fast menu of accesses allows you to navigate from today to your birthday by a few clicks.

Although a little bit disturbing at first, this interface is common funny enough that highlights your comments and photos as well. It is funny to notice the physical evolutions throughout your lifetime.

And yes, despite not having officially released, you can have access to this interface. Then how to do?

•           Use the application developers offered by Facebook
•           Once installed, create a new application. To do it, you will be asked to confirm your account by our SMS sending to your mobile
•           Meeting in Open Graph and seize artificial information (follow the examples at the 1st stage and click on "following one" for 3 next ones)
•           Turn to your Facebook account: a pop-up at the top of page to offer you a switcher in the new interface.
