By writing the job offer of developer (offre d'emploi de développeur), we realized to what extent we could be full of clichés on all the professions. Here is our vision of the Web developer.

- Cliché #1: we are just going to talk to the male because we agree, the developers are not in any ways.
- Cliché # 2: the dév is a geek way backward, a little bit antisocial teenager.
- Cliché # 3: the dév carries T-shirts in Mario's effigy, Flash or an old group of unknown metal to the battalion.
- Cliché # 4: the dév has looked at all the seasons of Tea Big Bang Theory or Chuck and knows all the Star Wars' retorts.
-Cliché # 5: the dév' made by the jokes which nobody understands, and that makes him laugh. Its preferred: "the problem is between the screen and the armchair".
- Cliché # 6: the dév ' is grouchy: it grumbles and then reflects.
- Cliché # 7: the dév' is always the first one at the time when a new trainee makes his/her appearance in the box!
- Cliché # 8: the dév is a little bit autistic and spends its life coding and playing the video games.
- Cliché # 9: any dév' which respects itself has necessarily Star Wars' figurine in the office.
- Cliché #10: With a need of a clock, at exactly noon, the dév' switched off its screen.
