At the heart of Aix-en-Provence, Flavien and Georges, two young entrepreneurs, have launched a nice activity: the beer brewing. Focus on brasserie Aquae Maltae!
The production of an organic and local beer
Involved in the local economy, these two Aix inhabitants have decided to brew their own beer, from ingredients produced from Aix Country and the organic agriculture. At Aquae Maltae, all the bottles are recorded. The brewing residues are given to chickens, and no conservative or coloring is added to find the authenticity of the product.
Two available kinds
Within the brewery, two kinds of beers are offered on sale. The first one is a classic, white, fair and amber kind, to rediscover the flavor of the traditional beer. The second is a kind of tasting composed of original products of both brewers including black, fruity or strong beers. A real experience for the amateurs.
Partners' network beer retailers
But to discover their beer, it isn’t necessary to go to the brewery. A variety of partners' resell the creations of Aquae Maltae in Aix-en-Provence, including bars, restaurants, associations … The list is available on the mark site.
