This month it is still the competition of operators. SFR opened its restaurant in the end of May 2012. Free has just opened the first shop in Paris. While Free aims to keep waiting for customer as little as possible, SFR wants to wait for the occupant. Explanations...

Carré Rouge de SFR Restaurant

SFR opened a shop-restaurant in Paris, which is the first one in the landscape of French operators. Maybe you haven’t just known about the existence of Studio SFR, an immense space was dedicated to the digital culture in the 8th district of Paris. And on the 28th, the last day, SFR established Carré-Rouge restaurant there. To remind its color, the red interior apparently gives a little bit badly to eyes but it is also possible to create the more bright terrace. Free-Center de Free

While the opponents of Free have criticized on the fact that there was no physical interlocutor, we can say that they won’t have anything else to say... About 80 employees will be there to welcome the customers in this Parisian Free-Center. Knowing that it is not the first Free shop of France because there are 5 others, but this one will be one of the biggest shops of Europe’s telecommunication. The customers can test products, discover the new ones, complain with the ASS (After Sales Service). You need to call whereas the competitors’ shops tend to relieve customers via the Internet or telephone services.

One thing makes sure that after the battle of prices among four operators, the service competition is still for customers’ benefits. Keep on the competition!
