How long have you worked at Jalis and what is your function in the Web company?

 

I have worked at Jalis since September, 2010 and I am a commercial in the sector of 6th and 7th districts of Marseille.


Before joining Jalis, what was your job?

 

I was in the audiovisual universe where I worked for an audiovisual service company as the technico commercial post in Marseille. I was in charge of the company’s commercial development and global communication.

 


Can you describe your current post in a few words?


My post is to develop the customer park of Marseille zone 6 and 7 and offer the improvement to my customers according to their strategy. I have a double role of sale and support and giving some advice on Web communication strategy. I insist on this function of supporting and giving some advice which is very important in our business.

 

What do you prefer in your work?


The trade with customers and the satisfaction of providing them with a tool performing in their company’s development on time when everybody talks about the crisis.


Which Jalis site are you most satisfied with?


I have several sites for various reasons, in my part, sometimes more for the performance in terms of visibility than for the graphics knowing that the appreciation concerns in the way in which the purpose making a site pleases all the customers. But I would tilt for the Universal Counter of Gold (Comptoir Universel de l'or) (multi-sites + mobile + newsletter) because it has gradually improved according to specific needs (increase the visibility in various cities, adapt to all the supports, create the customer loyalty) and we have offered the customer answers to the strategy.

 

Which site gave you the hardest time and why?

 

I would even talk about The Universal Counter of Gold because it was necessary to offer the adapted and flexible tools in terms of the customer’s ambitions concerning the visibility.


Do you have some advice to give to those who begin in the Web sector?

 

It is a very competitive sector where it is necessary to know how to distinguish from the competition by making a clear speech, advising the customer and supplying regularly with new products which adapt to the fast evolution of the new technologies.
