Today, we offer you Annie Lelouch's portrait who kept a major post at Jalis, the sales management of Var and Marseille perimeter. Annie has had a long business experience that she has built on at Jalis for three years. With her hand and good mood, she perfectly became a manager of her teams by motivating them in a positive way. How long have you worked at Jalis and what is your function in the Web company?

It has been three years since I was a regional manager of a Jalis commercial team. I am in charge of Var and Marseille perimeter.

 
Before joining Jalis, what was your job, which training did you pursue?

Concerning my university program, I have studied laws for three years. Otherwise, professionally, I always practiced in the communication domain. At first, I have worked with the support display 4x3 for twelve years for Avenir JC Decaux as a sales manager. Then, I was in the free and paying paper press.

 

I finally followed the evolution of the media by passing on Web. When a support "dies", I always manage to rebound.


Can you describe your current post in a few words?


I assure the management of the commercial teams. My main missions are the animation of meetings, the follow-up and the application of objectives to carry out, the management of reports and the accompaniment during commercial meetings.

 

What do you prefer in your work?

There are several points which motivate me in my work. At first, I like to be a commercial manager because I like making the teams succeed. The challenge and the success, two elements make me like my job.


Then the party negotiation, or how manage to convince a prospect, pleases me a lot.


To finish, the cherry on the cake is naturally the customer’s satisfaction after validation. It is important for me to understand the returns which the customer will have on Jalis product.

 
Which Jalis site are you most satisfied and why?

 

I am going to quote Amiel company. In spite of a very competitive sector (locksmith, security system and video surveillance), the company had a fast evolution in results, which led to solutions multi-sites, with sites dedicated to every product.

 
Which site gave you the hardest time and why?


Here, I appoint Art Concept. It is a very requiring customer who was dissatisfied at first, then is very satisfied now. For proof, it has brought us regularly recommendations.

 
Do you have some advice to give to those who begin in Web sector?

 You must want to evolve, give the ways to join companies which perform and where there are possibilities of evolving. The success at Jalis is possibly fast and consequent, but it has to work, invest a lot and have a strong mind.

 

For companies, I would say that the visibility solution of Jalis is a quickly weakened investment. Selecting Jalis is the best way to make a success.
