Initially at the post of a Web developer, Nicolas Liebermann chose to put his technical skills in the service of the CRM central tool of Jalis, SalesForce. It is thus a real advance for all, Jalis and each of its collaborators. Being reactive, Nicolas mostly participates in the improvement of the tool to adapt to the use of every service.
How long have you worked at Jalis and what is your function in the Web company?
I have worked at Jalis for 5 years and I was lucky enough to work at two different posts: Web developer and integrator Salesforce. My first post was essentially concentrated on the technique. Today thanks to my new post, I have the opportunity to see the functioning way of every service of the company and interact with them: from the commercial to the project coordinators including the administration and the most technical.
Before joining Jalis, what was your job, which training did you pursue?
Before working at Jalis, I have achieved a DUT computing specialized in software engineering in Aix-en-Provence. I continued with a Bachelor's degree of Pro NTI (New technologies of the computing) in Marseille and finally I made a school by alternation over 2 years to be IT project manager.
Can you describe your current post in a few words?
I take care of the CRM of the box, Salesforce today, which allows all the services to interact with them and centralize the necessary information for the company (contracts, products, customer contacts, specifications, etc.). A CRM is what I have mission to develop to be more practical and complete all the time.
What do you prefer in your work?
I quite like my interaction with various services of the Web company, it allows me to understand how global functioning of the company and approaches diverse and various problems.
Which Jalis site are you are most satisfied with?
I would say that Real estate of the Castle (Immobilière du Château), because I was able to use various development techniques and because it is about a multi-language site, which intensified the difficulty, from a pride resulting in even bigger.
Which site gave you the hardest time and why?
To remain in the real estate domain, Agence du Cap, with difficulties bound to the customer’s real estate software, was not correctly configured to send the information to Jalis site.
