At Jalis, there is a technical service, the famous SAV, which gives some advice to customers, reassure and assist them in the their site’s functioning. Claire G. is a manager. With the discretion, she tells us more about her and her work.


How long have you worked at Jalis and what is your current post?

 

It has been seven years since I worked at Jalis. At present, I am a customer service/support manager, I thus take care of the assistance and give some advice to the customer. I am also a Web project manager.

 

Before joining Jalis, what was your job, which training did you pursue?


I have pursued a BTS visual Communication Bac +2 and a diploma of multimedia designer in Bac +4.

 

What do you prefer in your work?


I like giving some advice to customers and seeing it change them for better thanks to this advice.

Which Jalis site are you most satisfied?

 

Globally, e-commerce shops are interesting sites to follow.


Would you have some advice to give to those who begin in the Web sector?

 

In Web, we need to do much of the previous thing whether it is in terms of communication, graphics, techniques or even referencing.
