Oscillating between business and communication, the job of Aurélie B. could seem to be atypical. Nevertheless, this double skill helps him work in several fronts in Jalis web company (agence web).
How long have you worked at Jalis and what is your function in the Web company?
I am at Jalis since September, 2011 as the post of the event manager iCube, business center of Château-Gombert (centre d’affaires de Château-Gombert) (tenants, communication, rent of rooms).
Before joining Jalis, what was your job?
I have taken a professional program which started by a BEP counting pursuing a VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA and finally I found my way when I left a Commercial Action BTS with option marketing / communication to finish a DEESMA (marketing).
Thanks to my last diploma in alternation in a communication company, I dived in the com field.
From there, I worked in various communication companies and marketing to arrive later at the post of the event-communications manager - in an association management held by Ministry of Sports which organizes all the competitions of young horses in France. And then, I arrived to Jalis!
Could you describe your current post in a few words?
At present, I take care of iCube which we have set up recently, the objective is to lease companies and the event space. It has just been added the communication part in collaboration with the graphic designer team.
The second part of my post is the event manager which consists of the management and the organization of Jalis events, from breakfast to party including business or seminars lunches, etc.
What do you prefer in your work?
The organization and the complete management of my projects with the satisfaction of the concerned people’s feeling. The fact is taking forward the mentalities and bringing the new.
