MyJalis kept you informed about the innovations offered by the start-ups of your region. Today, we will give insight into Hellocare, a system based on the medical tele-counselor 2.0 imagined by a small team of Ciotat.

A simple application which could change life of many patients. With Hellocare, you can get in touch with a doctor at home so that he gives you some advice concerning about your health problems.

The ciotad start-up, managed by William Benichou, a healthcare professional, and Mathilde Lerousic allows the others to get some advice with a doctor among about thirty people who have already joined the company.

A prescription directly in your e-mail box

But that's not all, because the ambition of the young team is today to propose the sending of prescriptions directly by e-mail to the patient, to see in the closest pharmacy to this one by geo-location. A small revolution which, if it is made, could remove Hellocare application very fast.

An available doctor in 15 minutes

According to the site of the start-up, a doctor answers on average fifteen minutes, 7 days a week from 7 am to 10 pm. Concerning the price, this costs 30€ for the first ten minutes then 2€ per additional minute. Thus the cost is higher than it is in traditional cabinet, if we put aside the traveling costs.
