Spending ten years of loyal vouchers and services at Jalis for one of our oldest collaborators (and our elder brother), Michel Cohen retires well- deserved. At the age when he should be retired for several years, Mr Cohen becomes a project coordinator in the Nice sector for Jalis. They are still the debuts of the company. With work force, he largely contributed to the development of Nice office at Jalis( développement de l'antenne Nice de Jalis.)
Before his departure, Michel Cohen came to the game spirit of the interview with a fast experience feedback.
1 - How long have you worked at Jalis and what was your function in the company?
I have worked at Jalis for dozen years. I started working there as a commercial in the Alpes-Maritimes. And sometimes, I took charge of the project coordinator’s post.
2 - What has brought you to Jalis?
I was in search of an activity as a supplement to my pension and I fell on Serge Alagy. You understand the continuation!
3 – What have you done with your career?
After the engineer's training, I have worked for various companies, at first in the field of the industrial instrumentation, and then the thermal for 25 years. I later turned to the thermo-mechanic for industrial and petrochemical applications. I have worked far from Web!
4 - What did you prefer in your work?
The diversity of the functions, techniques, commercial, technico-commercial and human relation.
5 – Which Jalis site are you most satisfied?
Cocoon'In Institut. It is a small site of eCard range, which numerous customers wish that they would be inspired for their own site. Thus a small pride!
6 – Which site gave you the hardest time and why?
There are apparently several. But I shall quote, for example, Led Academy company. It is an imperceptible customer, very absorbed by activities in the applied medical research. It is complicated enough when we want to take forward the web site project.
7- Do you have some advice to give to those who begin in the Web sector?
If I have only advice to give to those who begins in the Web sector, it never gets confused in the face of a person as an expert in Web. If you work in a company as Jalis, the teams’ skills allow to answer all the necessary relevance.
