Eyes mimosas
For very bloody eyes, you need hard-boilded eggs in half.
Remove the egg yolk and mix it with a green ingredient of your choice, as the pesto or avocado.
Add a little mayonnaise and mustard to this greenish mixture.
You just have to place your mixture, instead of the egg yolk.
To decorate a maximum your entry, make some lines on the white egg with some ketchup or the food coloring, prefacing with tears and blood.
Finally, cut some black olives and place them in the center of your macédoine, like eye pupil.
A simple and fast, but effective recipe!
The bloody fingers
For bloody, delicious fingers in mouth but disgusting in the view, make a light notch on small sausages cocktails, by removing the extremity of the skin.
Take fajitas and cut 10-cms long bandes into 2 cms.
Put them in the oven in microwaves during 10-30 seconds by placing them between two wet towels. Roll up the other end of your sausages cocktails with the bands of wet fajitas by surrounding them with a toothpick.
Put it in the oven at 180° during 8 minutes.
Finally, add some ketchup on the notch made at the beginning of your recipe. It is what is going to represent your nail.
You just have to remove toothpicks and place your masterpieces on a dish!
Syringes of blood
To transform your guests into real vampires, place plastic syringes (beforehand filled with syrup of Grenadian, strawberry or cherry) in empty glasses.
An effective way to surprise easily your hosts!
