New digital strategy for Eurosud Swaton

This week, MyJalis is interested in the new bend which borrowed the Eurosud Swaton company concerning its digital communication.

EuroSud Swaton is a family company of insurances, recognized and implanted in Marseille since 1918. It took a more modern turning point in the strategy, accompanying with Jalis company, its partner for Web visibility. This change was possible thanks to a big teamwork at Jalis: a project manager and an artistic proactive director as well as graphic designers and consultants invested in the project.

Why is a revision of Eurosud Swaton charter?

Design overloaded with graphic elements, lack of legibility in messages, initials without real meaning (star + face) or even mixes colors over-exploited, the existing logo was not clearly relevant anymore.

Thus the stake was to restore its titles of nobility to this multigenerational family company, build up its credibility and sustainability when modernizing the brand image in a timeless way.

 - Colors

This revision is also considered by a choice of colors. The navy blue, which got lost in the logo before, became a dominant color. In fact, it transfers positive values such as wisdom, serenity, truth, loyalty or even freshness. Ideas are completely similar to the fact that an assurance has to be brought to us.

- Elements

For that purpose, the graph team chose the brightness, the extreme cleanness and the simplicity of reading. The name "Eurosud Swaton" was preserved, and in baseline, its activity and date of creation. The reading is made naturally from left to right and from top to bottom (unlike the former where messages were scattered).

 - The font of writing


The choice of font was also made to stress the legibility and endure over time. A simple, straight typography (reassuring the sign of power). The difference of fats used to decompose the name into 2 entities “Eurosud" + "Swaton" offers the dynamism in the reading.

 -The trademark

 The trademark is a distinguishing feature of a company, it must be probably used as single signature in the ideal. In this turning point, the artistic direction of Jalis chose to put forward both initials of the company, E and S and mix them. We then have the impression of an "equal" sign preceding S, the equality of a noble value.

An online magazine strategy with MyEurosud

In addition to the charter, it is the digital strategy changed. At first, Eurosud family company was endowed with a traditional website. In 2017, with Jalis it operated a change of strategy with the restructuring of the initial site and the arrival of the story-telling.

Nicolas Swaton is a person who likes writing, he had already released a high-quality paper magazine. It should be noted that Jalis et Eurosud team left a new strategy. Therefore, the insurance company is equipped with eMag product, a solution which really makes the difference for a brand. MyEurosud  was thus born!

Why is an emagazine? Because an on-line magazine allows to show its expertise in a domain by offering advice and news on the insurance for example. But not that! By widening the subjects of articles, it allows to take out again a much wider lexical field and have more chances on Google. The emag is also the opportunity for consumers to speak in public about interviews and portraits for example.

Therefore,  for My Eurosud, there will be information and good addresses of Marseille region, portraits of those who make Marseille, and experts’ advice and news on the insurance obviously. Discover without further hesitation!
