The conference F8 of Facebook brought a lot of surprises. With more than a series of novelties, the new Facebook was presented by Mark Zuckerberg and his band. With Timeline, Ticker and Social Apps, it is a new presentation, new options, new features and always with more sharing.

Timeline: your on-line biography on Facebook

Mark Zuckerberg summarized this new feature of Facebook such as: "the life story in a single page ". Actually, the famous Timeline posts all the events of your life in a chronological way, your birthday based on all the contents connected to your profile (photos, messages, news, applications). Facebook hopes to encourage the users to publish information in their past: photos of class, school or professional course... The Internet user, of course, should keep hands on the published information by masking events or managing them via "private" or "public" filters. In fact, it is all the display of your Facebook profile which is going to be transformed. Judge for yourself even with the official display of Facebook Timeline.

Ticker: follow the real-time status

A new block will display in the right of your page and in a permanent way to indicate you in real time, your Facebook friends’  status. Upload photos or comments, update status, comments: you cannot lose a crumb any more.

Social Apps: always share more activities on Facebook

With the same concerns to share in real time that Ticker, Facebook is going to welcome from now on a whole collection of social applications. Then it will be possible to listen to music on Deezer or Spotify or look at a video on Netflix without leaving Facebook and informing all your friends. Facebook is not going to limit the music and the video because the Internet users can share their readings, their radio programs, a recipe ...
