Apple launches on-line messaging for the professionals

After Facebook Messenger, application widely adopted by most of the Internet users, it's the turn of the professionals to be cherished the messaging part. In fact, immediately WhatsApp Business of Mark brought out Zuckerberg, it's the turn of Apple to make its big announcement. Business Chat, the on-line messaging for companies, also turns up on smartphones!

Apple comes out on top in the face of the competition

Unlike the new cat of the competitor, Apple created an only usable tool by IphoneAddict. Therefore, Business Chat will allow the professionals to communicate more easily with their customers directly via iMessage. Furthermore, it will favor the appointment setting and the possibility of buying on-line products, directly in a conversation, thanks to Apple Pay.

If the firm of Cupertino tempts by this new tool to counter Facebook, it also affects Twitter. The social network (réseau social) to the blue bird, in fact became an essential platform for all the big marks. Nevertheless, Apple seems good to have a playing card, in particular thanks to numerous users of iMessage (more than a billion in use) against those of Twitter (313 millions). And the mark takes on a major advantage in the face of competition (Messenger, Google, Twitter, WhatsApp): no installation of application is necessary to use the new messaging!

Now there is more need to try to contact the adviser for hours: you will just have to surrender in your usual application of messages. To contact a company, it will be necessary to initiate a research on the Internet with the name of the company which you would like to contact, then click the bubble sending back to you to the message writing.

Towards a better user experience

Is this new tool more real? The user will be the master of the conversation. He will decide himself when to begin the Chat, the company will have no way to contact him via iMessage. Only given visible for the company? A unique identifier, an used language and a region where there is the device. A small victory for the client’s personal data (données personnelles) protection. Apple seems to have thought of everything!

If you also would like to come across Business Chat to communicate more easily with your customers (or advisers), you will just have to register with Apple  at first. Then, you will have to use a platform of compatible customer service among the following ones: LivePerson, Nuance, Genesys or even Salesforce.
